Our creative immersion for generative AI films. For Corona Capital, a production sprint: every craft in one room with Google and Galeria, turning Galeria's idea into the film and its key visuals in five days.

Corona CapitalMexico City, November 20 to 22, 2026

A film studio that fits in one room

Pack&Shot is how The Future Studios makes AI films at the speed of a live moment, without giving up craft. Every discipline in one room, approvals on the spot, a finished film at the end.

Instead of passing work between departments for weeks, we put directors, art directors, designers, AI filmmakers, editors and sound in the same space at the same time, with Google and Galeria beside them. Pack&Shot can start from a brief or from an approved idea. For Corona Capital, it starts from Galeria's.

  • Same room, same time

Every craft works on the same shots side by side, so a note in the morning is a new frame by the afternoon.

  • Approved in person, every day

No rounds by email. Google and Galeria watch the film take shape and sign off as it goes.

  • Idea in, film out

Look, generation, edit, soundtrack, key visuals and finishing all happen inside the immersion.

Generative AI amplifies repertoire. The tools are the same for everyone, so what changes the film is the range of people using them.

Every Pack&Shot is cast for its brief. For Corona Capital the idea arrives ready from Galeria, so the room is built for production: every craft that turns a script into a finished film and its key visuals, working on the same shots at the same time.

Five days for Corona Capital

Galeria brings the idea. The room brings it to life. Four production days in person, one day of remote finishing. At the end: the film and its key visuals.

Day 1

In person

Kickoff and look

Galeria walks the room through the idea. We break the script into shots, lock the look with Google and Galeria and generate the first key frames.

Production

Image and video generation, scene by scene, with directors, art and AI filmmakers on the same shots. Compositing and cleanup start as soon as a shot exists.

Rock in RioGoogle Gemini

Google Gemini, the official AI of Rock in Rio 2026

We have run this for Google before

Google, Galeria and The Future Studios made the Google Gemini campaign for Rock in Rio inside a Pack&Shot. The film follows a teenager who uses Gemini to turn her plush rabbit into a pilot and fly him over the festival crowd.

The brief came down to one questionWhy is Rock in Rio better with Google Gemini than without?

Craft lives in the details

A lilac plush rabbit, a pair of cardboard wings and a wardrobe for every stage. Each element was designed, approved and kept consistent shot after shot, with the same continuity a live-action set protects.

One rabbit, a look for every stage

In the film, the teen asks Gemini for an outfit worthy of the festival. We designed a full wardrobe, each look built from the codes of a music scene.

What never changes: the lilac plush, the star-stitched eyes, the gold heart nose and the hand-taped wings. Continuity rules were written before the first frame and checked on every shot.

Wings a teenager could build

She designs the wings with Gemini, so they had to look homemade, never factory-made: cardboard, washi tape, rubber-band straps. We drew each option as a real project first, with span, angle and lift.

Post-production from day one

Finishing runs alongside generation for the whole immersion.

Compositing, tracking, cleanup, color and sound start as soon as the first shot exists. Google and Galeria approve images that are already close to final, and the last day is for polish.
